Terms and conditions for tours, activities, services and courses.
Confirmation of booking
- To confirm a booking a deposit of at least 50% is required. The balance can be paid at the beginning of a course or activities.
- The deposit can be made either in cash, via credit card (plus booking fee) or with a direct payment to our Thai account.
- The balance will be paid in cash, we accept THB, USD, EURO and AUD.
Payment methods
We accept cash, credit card. If you pay by credit card it will be carried out via Stripe.
At all the ATM’s in Thailand you can easily get cash with your credit card or EC-card. For every withdraw there is a limit of 20,000 THB as well as a limit of max. 50,000 THB a day.
Important Information:
If you pay by credit card there will be an additional 5% charge to the original price.
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 2. Any cancellation made before 48 hours in advance is free of charge.
- Cancellations made until 17:00 the day before the booked tour will be charged with a fee of 50% of the total amount.
- If a cancellation is made after 17:00 the day before the tour, the total amount will be charged.
- In the event of non-attendance on the day of discharge, the payment is made and charged to the full extent.
- In case of non-discharge rate or boat trip (for example due to weather conditions or other unforeseeable events), subject to the deposit costs will be refunded, if a repeat or re-execution of the event can not take place.
Courses/ Packages and Promotions
- Any cancellation made until 30 days before the booked services will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 1,500 Thai Baht, exception – if the theory material has been submitted in digital or paper form. In this case, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made after 7 days before the booked services will be charged with 50% of the total amount.
- For cancellations on the day before the booked services the total amount will be charged.
